become a client, Arcanna charges an
initial retainer against the total
estimated budget. Progress reports
are submitted upon completion of each
phase. All internal fees are based
on fair hourly rates with external
costs including a nominal management
fee. Client projects are evaluated
and begin with research and criteria
development followed by design and
creative exploration.
